SECURE YOUR WIFI.PREVENT STRANGERS FROM CONNECTING TO YOUR WIFI.

You might have seen some wifi with WPS enabled.These wifi are treat for hackers as they can be easily hacked.Apps like jumpstart help to connect through wifi using WPS pin . Hacking someone WPS pin is not a big deal.

WPS pin is simply a 8 character pin.ex-85869345  (ps this was my wps pin.)

so total no 8 digit number are 8,99,99,999.

Total number  of WPS pin possible are 8,99,99,999.This number might look big but for modern age computer its not a big deal. It can do job in few hours.That pin can easily be used to  connect to wifi.

 

SO DISABLE YOU WPS IF DON'T WANT STRANGERS TO USE YOUR WIFI.

To disable wps simply open link 192.168.0.1

it will ask for username and password --try ("admin" as username and password)

Here you will see option wps click on it and disable it.
